I have stayed at a number of Hilton brand hotels in the past, but this was my first stay in their luxury brand, Conrad. So, we checked in to the Conrad Miami with high hopes of a few days living a champagne lifestyle.
Conrad Miami is located in the quiet financial district of the city. I was impressed with the beautiful and contemporary designed common areas of the hotel including the fresh flowers that were regularly changed out throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet was a yummy spread of pancakes, eggs, bacon, bread bar, juice bar and other usual breakfast suspects. The service in the Bar at Level 25 was great. We had a couple of late nights (as one does in Miami) and were happy that we could order a light dinner at any time. Did I mention the stunning views of the bay and balcony seating? We had tasty lobster sandwiches one night and Braxton and I shared an Angus and bacon burger another evening.
Chris and I checked in with our toddler for a few days and we had a beautiful little room with a king bed and best of all, an impressive bay view. Oh yea, and the huge bathroom with a separate shower.
The pool area was nice and spacious. My only issue was that there was a huge bar in the pool area, but I never saw anyone there to order snacks and drinks from. 🙁
We had a ball in Miami and our stay overall was as grand as we imagined. I would stay at Conrad again and I recommend to friends seeking “attainable” luxury. In case you are wondering, our room was about $200 per night.
Love Conrad’s tagline…….”Never just stay. Stay inspired”. Couldn’t have said it better myself.
